Right then, been off work for a couple of day, self employment sucks sometimes :/ anyway yesterday was a bummer but today has started in a more positive vein 

 Made a big pan of green lentil and veg soup, just had some tastes nice 

 So going to snack on that i think today lol 
 
BREAKFAST Cornflakes, ssk milk, tea
 
LUNCH Bowl HM veg and lentil soup, Activia ff snackpot
 
SNACK    Low fat rice pudding, few red grapes
 
DINNER Not sure yet, it will involve ex lean mince tho

 cup cooked brown rice, lettuce leaf wraps, tomato and red onion salsa
