Looking good chels :) How are you finding the gym?

Im starting exante in a couple of weeks time, how did you find all the products taste wise?

Hey.. im enjoying the gym! didnt make it today though cus my gym clothes werent washed so going tomorrow instead!

how come your doing exante? the bars are nice but made me hungry, the shakes are nice but the soups are Boggin... they put me off soups on TFR from any company lol!

Im using up some exante products in conjuction with the new you ones and they are a bit blande compared to new you and lipotrim but they are nice enough :)
 
Day 33

Breakfast - Maple porridge

snack - banana and a muller light

lunch - left over bolegnase and 2 slices of wholemeal bread

dinner - (was at a 1st birthday party so heres where it goes wrong)
lots of cocktail sausages and dip, 2 chicken dipper things
about 6 chocolate mini eggs
a vienese whirl bun and a brownie bun thing
some crisps

Tonys home made dry curry and black eyed pea rice

came home and ate some marshmellows, pickled onions and seafood sticks

drinks - coffee and water and pure orange

did 100 sit ups.. probs not enough like but going to the gym tomorrow morning for a good session!!!

feeling guilty about it all but will have a real good day tomorrow!
 
Day 34

Breakfast - strawberry shake

lunch - asda chicken ranch salad - this is yum and only like 211 calories!

Snack - banana before the gym

Dinner - was pretty much white chocolate truffles and the mixture to make them lol

drunken binge - asda salad, white truffles and celebrations lol

drinks - loads of water, coffee, milk and lots of alcohol.

had an good but quick gym session yesterday and its closed today so will put in a gone tomorrow :)

Weighed this morning at 11 stone 3 and a quarter lol!
 
Day 35 - Bad day but its mums bday

Breakfast - mocha wafer

Lunch - caramel shake

Dinner -
Starter - Prawn cocktail and 3 crispbreads
HUGE rump steak, home made low fat garlic chips and honey roast parsnips

Snacks - loads of white chocolate truffles :( and a strawberry and white chocolate cereal bar

Drinks - lots of water and coffee

i had the biggest dinner there ever and im not even slightly stuffed?? why????
 
Day 36 -

Breakfast - Apple and cinamon porridge

Lunch - a mullerlight after the gym

Dinner - one my uncle daves HUGE roast dinners, Mash, roasties, yorkshire puddings, cabbage, carrots, cocktail sausages, turkey, ham, gravy and cranberry sauce

Dessert - Cadburys chocolate pot thing, vientta and cream

Then we had doritos, chocolate, lots of whisky and diet coke, and then some baileys and then i got home and demolished my whole rolo easter egg ( mum helped a little teeny bit ) :( :(

Weighed this morning and im 11 stone 9... got a headache and sore muscles from the gym yesterday but once this headache clears im gonna go again and go for a swim i think..
 
Day 37 - didnt make it to the gym

Breakfast - chocolate shake

lunch - strawberry wafer

snack - muller light and a wheetabix cereal bar

dinner - sweet chilli and garlic stirfry which included, mixed pepper stif fry pack, chicken, prawns, that sauce and a small amount of noodles

drinks - lots of water, coffee, and maybe a few whiskys tonight
 
day 38

Breakfast - Chocolate shake

Lunch - Turkey sandwich with raw onions and low fat mayo and wholemeal break

Dinner - Turkey in chinese 5 spice, pasta and onions

Snack - creme egg a muller light and a liquorice bar

Made it to the gym...
 
day 39

Breakfast - Banana shake

Lunch - Tuna and pasta and red onion

Dinner - Cod fillet, mash potato and mixed veg with gravy (such a craving for gravy)

Snack - Light choices maple syrup bar, 2 muller lights and a liquorice

Weighed this morning at 11 stone 5 :)

Good on you for getting to refeed and well done in being good enough so you can be bad!

Day 40

Breakfast - Caramel shake

snack - muller light and a liquorice bar

lunch - low fat super noodles and a polly pineapple ice lolly

snack - banana for energy for the gym

Dinner - Chicken leg, mash, cauliflower, carrots and a bit of gravy

Alcohol - Half a bottle of whisky, some captain morgans and then 4 jugs of cocktail in the night club

Drunk binge - chicken breast cauliflower and carrots and a creme egg

Went t the gym and did 20 mins onthe cross trainer this time :D and 15 mins on the treadmill and then my circuit of weights!

Got mega tooth ache today :(

Hahahaha! No one can fault your honesty!!! Sooooo jealous of the whisky!

Im good thanks, trying to get a stone off before the summer kicks in - am aiming for 3 lipo / New You weeks (bit of a mish mash) Haven't put any on since stopping but have only lost 2lb on (half hearted) ww so a bit stagnant really.

Hope your tooth stops hurting....if not have you tried whisky for the pain ;)) xx

Day 41

Breakfast - Golden syrup oats so simple

Lunch - Pasta, tuna, and seafood sauce

Dinner - Boiled rice then fried in frylight, chicken, frozen mixed veg and an egg

Snacks - Snack a jacks, wheetabix oaty bar, and a galaxy cookie crumble

And off to the gym in a wee sec
 
Day 42 - Monday 12 april

Breakfast - Oatso simple golden syrup made with skimmed milk

Snack - Muller light

Lunch - Chicken and veg and crouton cupa soup

Dinner - Spag bol

then at like 12.30am had a ham, chicken, cheese, butter and mayo sandwich :( it was soooo good though lol

Drinks - coffee and water
 
Day 43

Breakfast - was made a bacon sarnie with cheese and ketchup and butter

lunch - none

dinner - tuna, pasta and onions and low fat mayo

snack - milky bar, wine gums and some chocolates... toffies, glacier mints, bit of lamb, more chocolate.. and a white chocolate and strawberry cereal bar...

really struggling with snacking right now...

went and did 10 mins on the cross trainer, and 30 lengths of the pool too.. going to the gym properly tomorrow, havent slept much the past few days!

drinks - tea, water and a skinny cappicino thing

Chels, do you think it could be the gym making you snack more?

I know for me when i had been to the gym or was going i always had the mentality that "oh im going to the gym/have been, ive worked off some calories i can eat that and that and that" lol .... just a thought chick :)

your brekkie is one of my faves ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :drool:
 
Yeah... im saying the same thing to myself!!!

But im sorting it out and tomorrow is a new start.. dont even know what i weigh right now but im sure it will hopefully motivate me to stop snacking now!!
 
Jump on the scales girl! Daunting but might help your mindset :D

P.s .... i started exante today! Hope i get fab losses like you! :D
