Lunch
Jacket potato with baked beans

Tea
Quorn curry with Iceland med veg (3), chopped tomatoes, garlic, harissa paste. Served with rice and salad. tbsp extra light mayo (.5)

Snacks
Pear, green tea, fudge options (3+HEA), fiber plus bar (HEB)

Tapas - Gazpacho soup (small serving ?5), grilled salmon and new potatoes, bulgar wheat, butter nut squash and raisin salad (only a few raisins - ?3), 1 slice homemade white bread (5), balsamic vinegar, tbsp extra virgin olive oil (HEB), melon and pineapple

Tea
Pasta in tomato sauce made with chopped tomatoes, garlic, onion, red pepper and 71g philly light (HEA). Served with chicken

Snacks
Crab sticks, 'Graze - born in the USA box' (10), half a bottle of wine (15), 5 chocolate truffles (7.5)

I haven't really been paying attention to what I've been eating yesterday and the day before and haven't kept a good record. I'll start a fresh with today's diary which has been a 100% day :)
 
Tuesday September 27th - Green Day

Pear, grapefruit, banana, coffee, milk (1)

Cheese mug shot (2.5), waitrose ratatouille (1)

Tea
Quorn cottage pie with sweet potato and butternut squash topping, cheese (HEA), broccoli, sauce mix (1.5)

'Graze' rice crackers (4), alpen light (1/2HEB), new mini hifi bar (1/2HEB), 42g dried apple (HEB)

Wednesday September 28th - Green Day

Breakfast (before gym)
Banana, coffee with 125ml SS milk (1/2HEA)

Lunch
Pizza hut buffet - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, sweetcorn, apple, grapes, cheese pasta (2), 1tbsp blue cheese dressing (2)

Tea
3 quorn sausages (3), jacket potato, mushy peas, salad, 7 olives (1), 2 tbsp X light mayo (1), 1 tbsp HP sauce (1)

Snacks
2 shots of cherry sourz (8), 2 shots of amaretto (9), Hifi Bar (HEB), options (3) made with 250ml SS milk (HEA), foxes biscuit (4)

Total Syns: 34

Well over syns today but it was all treaty stuff and meals where actually all good. Also went to the gym for an hour and a half - will try and keep syn low over the next few days :)

Saturday October 1st - EE Day

Tea with splash of milk (.5), 2 BGTY sausages (1), 1tbsp fruity sauce (1).
No SF here I know, there was really nothing I wanted with it and didn't see the point in eating just for the sake of it).

Chinese hot and sour soup (5), boiled rice, 375g chicken in oyster sauce (4.5), broccoli

Snacks
25ml Bacardi (2.5) and diet coke

Loved reading through your diary - I came across it searching for EE meal ideas.
My diary is called mainly red - a few odd green days. I've always been very distrusting of EE days - but after reading your diary armed with some new ideas, I'll give it a go.

Food was poor today only an apple and a cup of coffee (1) all day until tea...

75g w/m pasta with tomatoes, spring onions, harissa paste and 42g reduced fat cheese (HEA). Velvet crunch crisps (4), apple

Tea
Butternut squash falafel, pitta (HEB+1.5), carrot, red onion and feta (HEB) salad, 100g McCains rustic chips (1), slice of white bread (3), 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1), 500ml light soya milk (HEA), options (2), 'Graze' flapjack (4)

Total Syns: 14

Also worked out for 1.5 hours in the gym :)

Loved reading through your food diary Clareel, you've given me some really good ideas! A lot of your meals sound very different, and fullfilling. There are definitely a few I'm going to try out. You've also given me some ideas on how better to use my Syns :)

This is a great thread - I'll be popping in regularly to steal more ideas :p

Large mixed salad with grated carrot, quorn beef slices, 28g cheese (HEA), cous cous, beetroot salad (1.5) and harissa mayo dressing (1)

Tea
Honeyocs beetroot and yogurt soup (2), velvet crunch (4)

Snacks
2 hifi light bars (HEB), 250ml SS milk (HEA), 3 mini ice party rings (2.5)
