Help!
I've a cold brewing..Typical with Birmingham meet this weekend.
Can anyone let me know what I can take!
I really don't want to come out of ketosis...would probably prefer to suffer for a few days!
Someone suggested a mouthspray for sore throats.Do any CDC's know if I can use one as I presume I can't have Strepsils or Lemsips

Errmmmm what about paracetamol and orange water flavours - I think though hun if you've got a cold let it out but just take paracetamol xxxxxxxxx

Actually gargling with paracetmol works wonders Sue xxxxxxxxx

Yup, definately recommend gargling with paracetomol, if you need cough medicine go for diabetic stuff (Robitussin).
