Coming to S&S from Exante

Have just ordered a months worth of S&S so will be starting this when my Exante runs out.

Completed 9 weeks on Exante and lost 2st 10lbs. Had a wee blip but back on track now and will have my 1st weight in part 2 on Wed. Going to use the 3 packs plus protein, veg and multi-vit.

Planning on doing 2 more months of VLCD then moving back to WW to finish off.

Welcome. I'm also a defector, from LL. Love S&S, it's really easy to follow and the packs are amazing. Brilliant losses so far, I'm sure you'll do just as well with S&S

Thanks ladies

Waiting on my delivery today whilst using up my Exante stock. 2nd to last Exante weigh in this morning and lost 6lb so chuffed with that. Have ordered vanilla shakes to have as lattes in the morning, mac cheese and mushroom pasta for evening meal with protein and veg and the yummy lemon bar at night with a coffee.

Sounds like a plan
