Crosstrainer & LT?

Not only are they safe-100% safe!! But they are BRILLIANT!!!
 
I use a powerplate 3 -4 times a week they're fab, have never once felt faint on it. What a load of bollox!!! They're great for improving circulation and reducing cellulite and fantastic for toning loose, flabby muscles!!! Aaargh rant over!!
 
I totally thought the title of this thread was croissants & LT, I was thinking 'that's harldy a winning combo'....
