Daily menus

Would definitely work without the chilli, you could vary the spices too according to what you fancy. It's pretty much already in the big recipe thread, but I'll post a new thread for it in the sub forum for anyone that might have missed it here.
 
B: Half cinnamon galette
L: 1 fillet peppered smoked mackerel & 1 ginger chilli & lime chicken breast with green beans (leftovers from the other day), 1 toffee muller light
D: Half mince frittata with green beans and tenderstem broccoli, vanilla baked custard
S: rest of galette

PP lunch, PV dinner Emma?

Just realised I didn't reply to you on this - it sometimes works out that way for me. I'm so used to PP lunches unless I'm taking in leftovers that it's easier to just add veg in to my dinner, and when I do it's frequently more than 1/3 of my portion, so I'm thinking it probably evens out in the end. I'm not a big salad eater, especially not in winter and if I buy veg in for salads it all ends up going off in the fridge anyway and I hate throwing food away!

fat free yoghurt
S: 1/3 sachet sugar free jelly
D: 2 x 100g 5% fat burgers (dry) fried with "fried" egg on top!

Lots of H2O...
50 min FAST walk IF it doesn't start raining within next 45 mins

D: chicken livers (fish I was planning to have had too many bones)

I don't know what a pickled egg is pickled in! (shop bought? just vinegar??)

OK you didn't feel well this morning, but normally it's good to have some breakfast. Lunch great... dinner, good but overall looks rather skimpy protein wise given your current weight.
Yoghurt brand?

If you're hungry, you can pad your meal out with a small starter, then a main. You need to look after potential muscle wastage by eating enough protein!

No errors though, so keep it up!

Oh and drink plenty of water... or you'll get gout! LOL (sorry - reference to TV program last night!)
 
OK my Thursday PP

5km walk to work
Breakfast - dukan muffins with smoked fish in mix
Lunch - soft boiled egg, 75g piece of poached salmon, 50g smoked salmon, chicken leg
fat free yoghurt
Snack - 1/3 sachet made up sugar free jelly
Dinner - 180g sirloin steak grilled with some garlic
baked egg custard

FYI I'm at around 1,300 calories per day...
 
Thursday PV

B - porridge
L - white fish and spinach/white sauce (made with fromage blanc), fromage blanc
D - smoked salmon, chicken and brocoli, yogurt

This is woefully low in calories - I checked after seeing Jo's post (there's 900 or so), but I don't think it matters once in conso/stab? I usually have about 1700.

B 2 scrambled eggs with a little light soya milk and 100g smoked salmon
L roast chicken :D
D Smoked mackerel pate with oatbran fingers

S Natural yohurt with sweetener, and maybe some jelly
