I have decided to start a food diary on here.

Please feel free to comment as I do this from home, I have been doing SW for 2 years now, but I have very old SW books so not upto date with all the new HE's etc.

Breakfast:

Strawberries,
Grapes,
Fromage Frais,
Quark mixed with Orange essence

Lunch:

Sweet & Sour Mugshot

Dinner:

Jacket potato,
Beans,
Lettuce


HEa: Cheese 28g
HEa: Skimmed Milk 350ml

HEb: 3 x krisprolls
HEb: Branflakes 28g

Snacks:

3 x scan bran @ 0.5 syns each - (says 0.5 on packaging from H&B),
1 x h/m biscuit @ 1 syn each

Syns = 2.5

1 x SW scan bran cake = 2.5,
3 x h/m cookies = 3,
1 x mini maltesers = 5

Total: 16 syns

1 x SW Choc Scan Bran = 2.5,
1 x Shop Bought Pancake = ? (not sure on points),
Tesco Value Mince for spag bol= (= 6 Guessing)

HEb: didn't have one

Lunch:

Chicken Breast, SW Quiche

Tea:

Smash Pizza topped with sweetcorn, peppers & Onions

HEa: 1 oz cheese on pizza

HEb: Branflakes (dry) on pancakes

Snacks:

Yoghurt,
Strawberries

Syns:
Cheese in quiche = 2 syns,
1 1/2 shop brought pancakes = )not sure of points),
4 x tbsp Light anchor squirty cream = 1,
Semi Skimmed Milk in tea = 3

Total Syns: not sure how to syn shop brought pancakes

Tea:

Swede & Carrot topped mince (Basic mince so synned), Bovril, Green Beans

HEa: sk milk

HEb: 2 x Toast

Snacks:

Banana, Homemade Doritos

Syns:

Cheese in quiche = 2,
4 x tbsp squirty cream = 2,
Mince (drained) = 6 approx,
7 x jelly babies = 7

Total Syns: approx 17

Have been very slack in writing my food diary on here (I keep a record at home) - I need a kick up the bum!!!!

I would like to get to 4 stone - its been up and down like a yoyo since xmas.

So here goes for the 2nd time.

Wholemeal Rolls x 2 (HEbs),

Salad: Tuna, Lettuce, Tomata, carrots, Beetroot, Pickled Onions, Peppers

SYNS:

1 x Wholemeal Roll = 3.5
4 x Mini Pink Wafer Biscuits = ??
4 x Choc Chip Cookies = 12
Milk in tea = 2
R/F Salad Cream = 1.5
Hot Cross buns made into Bread & Butter Pudding - Non SW = ??? LOTS

Found these in the freezer, Had no room after monthly shop, so rather than throw them away I made a lovely SW unfriendly Bread & butter pudding:break_diet:and had 2 helpings.

Don't want to even think of the syn values for this day.

Back on track tomorrow

(don't know if this should be synned or not - but best to just to be on the safe side)

TOTAL SYNS = 9 :)

I really like this lemon, philly & cous cous cake, I make up cous cous as per packet, bake in the oven until its like a crunchy/dry flan case, put mixture on top & bake in over - would you syn this???

very little exercise except at work

*NOTE: I didn't really enjoy the veg version of cous cous cake so won't be making again, but I LOVE the lemon & Philly version. RESULT

I really like the sound of using couscous as a base for things....its divided opinion but if you make it up as directed with water it is ok not to syn it even if you use it in somehting else. but if you blend it then its syns i think
