WEEK 7 - DAY 5 - 19/03/11 EE


On Nightshift for the next 7 nights :cry:
My eating routine will be all round the wrong way. I wont have a Breakfast or Lunch as such but I will be trying to eat lots of free foods through the night !!!

3.20am (very peckish)
Batchelors Beef Savoury Rice
Potato Disc Crisps - 4.5 SYNS

9.00am
2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB)

11.30am
Apple

12.30pm
Chicken Chunks

11pm
Bananna
Chicken Chow Mein 7 SYNS
Boiled Rice
250ml Semi Skimmed Milk (HEXA)

Total Syns For Week = 105
Syns Used Today = 11.5
Total Syns Left = 71

Went to my FAB ABS 3 times this morning!

Gutted!!! I gained 3lbs this week!! I hv bn so good. I know I had a big loss when I got weighed on thursday and its only bn 4 days, wanted to loose 2lbs tonight for my club 10!! Now got 5lbs to get it! Could cry :( xx

Thanks huni :eek: I am gutted. I know that it was only 4 days from when I was weighed the last time but I cant help and feel that I am failing!! How can I have gained 3lbs when I have been food optimising 100% and I lost the 15lbs on Thursday?? I cannot undestand it :eek: xx
 
You are not failing!!!

One bad week does not mean anything.. And plus, you didnt weigh yourself after 7 days so wait and see what happens next week. I know you will have lost weight.

Dont be sad debz.. Pick yourself up and do what u are doing. You will see results, just like u have been doing.

Never had any dinner today! I wasnt feel too good and I have slept most of the day. Was at the docs with chest pains. they think that I have acid in my stomach and maybe a possible ulcer. Sending me for an endoscopy in the next few weeks so fingers crossed everythings alright.
I hvnt been hungry recently at all so just not been eating. Dont want to eat for the sake of it. In saying that, I am starving at the mo, just goiong to go and have some batchelors savoury rice. Last nightshift for me !!! xx

Evening ladies, reporting in with my weigh in tonight! I lost 3.5 lbs and achieved my club 10!! I amount so happy and quite emotional :( that was my first target I had set myself and iv got there in ten weeks. Only 1.5 lbs to go for my next sticker .... My 2 1/2 stone :) I will hopefully get that nxt wk :) I got slimmer of the week aswell! I am still shocked as I expected ayrways gained, I really hvnt bn too good this week xxxx

Hi huni, my shifts changed at work and it has been crazy. We are now on 12hrs either days or nights. When I am on the day shift, i get so tired and im lucky if I see past 10pm :-( Nightshifts are the same, i finished this morning at 8am and will be going to bed shortly as im shattered xXx
