Not got a set end weight but I'd like to get under 200lbs at least. I haven't been under 100kgs since I before I met my husband 10 years ago so that's my first big goal. I got to 102kgs just before i fell pregnant with my little boy whose now 17 months old. taken me till now to get close. Only 7kgs to go...eeek.

Don't do it, best to get all the hunger and cravings over and done with otherwise you'll just end up hungry and grumpy for longer. I found it only lasted 2 days then I wasn't hungry anymore. Stay strong.

3lbs loss for me this week, a bit grumpy about it as I was lower mid week but two meals out caught up with me. Will try to be 100% this week to make up for it. On the plus side I've lost 16cm off my waist and bust and 10cm off my hips in just 4 weeks. I am soooo chuffed with that.

Feeling a bit pooh today, very tired and my weightloss has slowed to a standstill the last few days. I'm wondering if something I ate at the weekend took me out of ketosis. Hopefully if I get back in it will drop again quick but I have no energy right now.
 
Until I started writing it down in here I hadn't realised how much of my social life revolved around food. We went to the cinema tonight with friends which would have been fine if not for the cheeky Nandos beforehand. I was very good and had a mixed leaf salad and butterfly chicken breast but feel like I've cheated yet again. No wonder I pile on the pounds normally with all this eating out. Just been invited to another BBQ on Saturday and we are supposed to have friends round for dinner on Sunday. I don't want to be a party pooper but its really slowing me down. Any ideas? Feeling really bloated this evening too. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
 
Hope ur feel better. Ive been really lucky so far that Ive not had any social occasions so ive been able to be 100% as I'm afraid to say I'm very much all or nothing & any wee blip usually results in me throwing the towel in & ending up back to my old ways :rolleyes: Wld u not take a shake with u to BBQ I'm sure ur friends wld be really supportive ?
 
Possibly, it's a charity BBQ for a dive company that specialises in diving for people with disabilities. Usually a great night out, might just have to be strong because even though I've stuck to low carb meals I seem to now be gaining ever so slightly. I'm hoping its because totm is on its way or because I've drunk so much water I've rehydrated myself (usually struggle to drink 1ltr).
Anyway defo 100% today - fri, no excuses.
 
Ok feeling much better today, I've treated myself to some new sexy shoes and have been to a spa this afternoon (thanks *******) . I think I could get used to this whole not treating myself with food think.
 
Ok need to stop with the treats now. Went on a shopping spree to get some smaller clothes. Now have next 2 pairs of goal Jeans as I've already got into both the 20's and 18's. so I've been ambitious and have a pair of 16's and 14's. if I get into either it will be the first time as an adult :D fingers crossed x
 
My hubby last night reached new levels of unsupportiveness. He made me watch Masterchef, then ordered my favourite dishes from the local Indian and ate them in front of me. It was so hard and I was very grumpy but I didn't cave, I now just like him a little bit less.
 
Drank so much water last night I thought I'd pop but I could believe the difference it made on the scales this morning. After a bad start to the week I'm now very excited about tomorrow's weigh in :D
 
4lb off this week. Pleased with that although it was 5lb yesterday. Up much earlier on a Monday though and I think I drank my body weight in water yesterday.
Would love to see a 5 or 6 on the scale next week though. Out weds and thurs for birthday meals though so I won't hold my breath.
