Brunch (woke up late)
Small jacket potato, half a tub of low fat Sainsburys pineapple cottage cheese

Dinner
ASDA bbq ribs (small portion) a small amount of crushed potatoes (no butter)
Garlic sweetcorn (with garlic butter lowerpak pot between 3)

Snacks
Icecream and flake (children insisted so had a small one)
250ml semi skimmed milk

4 glasses of water

Does anyone know how many syns I would have had today?

Ohhhh well! Didnt realize all that, looks like I was naughty! Always am at my dads! Lets hope today is an improvement!

Lunch
1/2 Tin Waitrose baked Beans
1 Griddled flat mushroom
1 Celery stalk

Dinner
1x Flat Mushroom
50g Risotto
1x Celery Stalk
Broccoli - Steamed
Used knorr stock pot - 1lt stock
Flora Cuisine 1 TSP 1.5 Syns
25g of Mature Chedder Cheese (Although i split the 25 with two of us!) 5 Syns
1 Corn on the Cob :p YUM!
Snacks


Total of 8.5 Syns today :D Go me!
Didnt even give in to garlic bread OR Mayo!
 
Only 3.5 ace day

You can use hexa for cheese

Don't forget your hexb too :)

If you're doing EE days then you can have 1 HexA and 1 HexB.
The cheese counts as your HexA but where's your HexB?
In fact there is a lack of fibre . . . fullstop.
What about some spuds, or pasta or rice?

Very good question, the answer is i have nothing in, its pay day friday and its end of the month get rid of all the food stage! :) I did have Risotto though, which is rice x
I also had a potato on monday too sweet, to be honest i only found out about HexA + Hex B yesterday afternoon so i am researching now :) I had Milk today as one

Had friends over today who brought naughties! No idea what the syns were but im sure i went over :/ I will be working out extra hard tomorrow to burn of some extra!

(Had friends over ended up snacking i dont know the syns though)

2x onion bhaji

Sorry I missed the risotto - but that just classes as part of your food allowance on EE.
Your HexB are things like cereal, bread, crispbreads, cooked fruit and some canned fruit (but not grapefruit for some strange reason)
Your HexA is calcium based so milk or cheese.
You need both of these to get the plan "balanced".
 
Thanks hun, im finding it hard to know what to have as an hexB, i dont know what cereals are included! I have been having my Hex A though, i go a meeting on saturday morning and ill get all my books then and i will know more!
