Well monday has come round once again and for the past few days I have not been good but hopefully if I am good from tomorrow I can maybe have a sts or a worst half on. Today so far I have had
Breakfast : 60g cereal- 6

Lunch - cafe nero= 8pp
Cake- ???(Tesco caterpillar )

hi al sorry my diarys are few and far between but i mainly do the my fitness pal one but am going to try and put them here as well . the last few days have been busy and as i work in a day nursery we have all the little darlings causing chaos so we try to get them out to the park as much as possible so by the time i come home i am normally pooped lol have decided to keep both diarys seperate and just do pp here . I dont know how u do it jaly its 2 much like hard work !
