Lol that's what you get for being a book worm ;0) that's ok then that even though you went over your calories,you were ok with your weeklies :0)
 
thanks jaly , i must say i am enjoying calorie counting finding it alot easier to stick to and am eating more foods that i normally wouldnt only time will tell though on sat lol x
