I might try s f from today or tom just to see, I brought tesco wraps though and I need to get bread and pasta. Saying that I might mix a couple of days up this week. X

Got on the scales and its back to 11,5 so lets see if I can shift this before Jul 26th, my birthday! Jude slept better last night as hes now switching over to dairy free formula so hopefully its working! Going to make myself an sf fry up in a min, may aswell start today with a roast later too! X

So 5lbs to shift for your birthday? That's doable! Fingers crossed that the dairy free formula helps with Jude, that's great that he slept better last night.Enjoy the fry up and roast :0)

Sorry maybe off track - but you can get your belly back post c section.....
I had a c section nov 2010 after I suffered a consealed abruption was none the wiser- rushed in bubs wasn't breathing had to be resuscitated and taken scubu didn't see her for 24 hours and they said she would move hospitals etc
Anyway I'm 27 and was 17 stone I'm not at 13.2 and a huge difference in my belly

At first it hung over so much It cover half of my knickers up and you couldn't even see my scar where that was tuck right up underneath
Now you can see my scar and it's started to come back in - still got bit more weight to lose obviously but my belly shows improvements constantly and I know it will rid myself of that horrid apron over hang lol

X

Hi Laura, thanks for your post. I reached about 15 stone at my heaviest before having Jude in Nov last year. Im 11,5 now & would like to lose another stone or so. My pregnancy belly was massive. My boy was a big boy at nearly 9,6 & he was 57cm long. My belly seemed to go all the way around my back. I now have an overhang lol. Admittedly it's got smaller but my belly is my main problem! Do you do any specific exercise for that area? I'm sorry about your birth experience x
