    Hello All

I was wondering if someone could give me some advice?

I have RC new High & Thigh plan book but I now see she has resigned the Inch Loss and has a new book.

Is there much difference between to the two plans? I dont want to waste money on buying the new book if it is similar to her Hip & Thigh plan

    Thanks x

    Hi

I have all RC's books, and I think in my opinion the Inch Loss is not her best. You will find that the potion sizes are a lot less than the New Hip and Thigh. If it was me, I would stick to that - I sort of, but like to use the recipes in her mag or on her TV channel as well. Whatever diet you chose they all guarantee that you will lose weight and they do work- and most of her diets are virtually the same with a bit of tweaking here and there.

The amazing Inch loss also has different calorie allowance for weeks 2 & 4 and can have a higher protein option.

When you buy the diet pack, it also has a magic measure and a motivational dvd in the pack along with the portion pots. You can buy the magic measure from her website though as its a motivational tool
