Hello! Thank you for replying. I won't be taking it again. Made me verryyy shaky, and I can't keep still. Definitely not worth it. I'd rather be lethargic!! xxx

Day 2 is crud. So is day 3. You will get passed it though. Eat sone protein and a little salad to see you through.
I would have some chicken with a bit Os salt & pepper for a pick-me- up.

I can't see how this would help to be honest..if you're doing TS then having food isn't going to help..no matter what food it is?

I won't be eating as I think that's going to be where my downfall is! I don't miss food....just the idea if that makes sense?? It's mad, I'm doing so many other things that I would have spent eating watching telly!! I've cleaned my car...updated my youtube videos AND booked some more sessions in the studio. Whoever thought dieting could be so productive??!! xxxx

I'm a pro plus fan and it hasn't affected ketosis for me. I take about 6 in a day ( on a bad day) and no probs yet. I just be aware to drink more.x

1st lost so far! 11st 13lbs (updated daily)
