Well done on your loss today donnie! Doesnt it feel good to get that first stone under your belt!!
Shame about the soup but we all make mistakes! A couple of weeks ago i had a mishap myself with cheese i was cutting 42g of cathedral city lighter or what i thought was lighter cheese and it turned out the other half had put his full fat cheese into the resealable bag so i had actually been having double the amount!!!!

Thank you Mary, where is the time going this year!!!

I am just sticking to easy food that I can just 'catch and have' my home is a tip at the moment, I don't think I shall ever be straight again......still the 3 workmen are really good and they do work very hard, so they should be finished by Friday (hopefully)..

Hey hun, just checking in on ya! :p Just wanted to say, I think you might benefit upping your syns a likkle bit :)

Be good, and if you can't be good be careful!

Thank you for your advice Squiddie I do appreciate it, I do well with my syns at the weekend, but have a problem getting them all in during the week, but I am going to try harder, thank you again. X

Whatever works for you carry on! I'm just thinking as you get closer to target (which will be no time at all) it will get harder. Do you do your syns weekly then?

LOL at 'target' there's another pig flying by.....thank you love, I know what you are saying, but I think you will be at target before me.

No I usually do my syns daily, but this week is a bit hectic and it has put me out of my usual routine - but saying that I usually only manage about 85-90 syns a week, so I must try harder with them.

Many thanks Squiddie, I do appreciate your advice. X

BTW love your goal plans - good luck with them all. X

Donnie, good on you for being able to stick to this with all the upheaval going on....
Im out of my routine this week too because of my little c**k up and am having to do weekly syns instead of daily, and I dont think I like it to be honest... makes me feel less in control or 'oh you know, I can have that because I have so many syns left anyway' type of thing, so I cant wait to get back to my daily syns again on Friday....

Hiya Debby.....I know exactly what you mean, I have spent 5 weeks getting into my SW routine and this week it has gone totally to pot....but I trying to stay on track, I shall be so glad when I can get back to normal again though....

Good luck for friday sweetheart, love to you. X

Have to agree with squiddie... the 1st class I went to I assumed that I should have between 5-15 syns a day. The new (much better) class said that at my weight I should be having 140 per week, then cutting down as I lose. You are doing well though so maybe no need to change. good luck

xx
