hi hun superspeed-
grapefruit,guava, melon, (not watermelon), raspberries, rhubarb, strawberries, yellow plums, baked beans, broad beans yuk, butterbeans double yuk, garden peas, mushy peas, tripe :eek:, cod, coley, dover sole, haddock, john dory, lemon sole, monkfish, plaice, skate,whiting, clams, cockles, crab canned, crayfish, whelks, winkles, dab, flounder,
there r a few other things but probably find it hard to buy them :)

Thanks very much for the list! I'll bear that in mind! I do like berries but they're pricey this time of the year! I love fish and seafood too!! (but I've to say rhubarb is really not my thing!:p)
 
had a sneaky weigh in this morning... now at 68.5kg = 150.5 pounds :D
hope to get below 150 by next Wednesday!!!

Weighed this morning... Its a STS for me.

My weight really fluctuates alot. Yesterday it's 68.3 kg today it's 68.5 kg. Had my weigh in day been Tuesday I would be able to say I lost 0.5 pounds. But because I usually weigh on wed it's a STS. Argh anyway it doesn't really matter, we are talking about 0.5 pound here.

Hope I make more progress in the coming month!! Really wanna get under 150 pounds! I'm still 0.5 pound away!!!!!
 
Work's also been really busy lately so I haven't been visiting your diaries these days. Will try to pop by tonight when I get home if I'm not too tired. Hope everyones well, and losing!!
 
It's 8pm and i only just left the office (my official hour is 9-5). Really pleased that I was snacking on alpen light bar, banana and apple and not choc / crisps. Am now starving...

Actually I lied. It's not a STS this week!

I weighed myself, it's at 68.5kg today = 150.5 pounds This is the same as last Saturday, but I did lose a pound since last Wednesday!!!!!!

(way too busy at work, made me all knackered and confused!)

STS is better than a gain so well done :)

Are you taking inch measurements aswell? Maybe you're quicker at losing inches than lbs! xxx

Thanks for popping by! I'm good and I'm glad it's finally Friday. Really looking forward to weekend so I can rest. It's been a really tiring and hectic week at work.

Actually it wasn't a sts, I lost a pound! I had a sneak peek on saturday, it's a sts since sat, but since last wed, I actually lost a pound :)

(these sneak peeks can confuse you!)

Had a good weekend thanks. But it's too short. Before I knew it it's over!! 4 more days to go... Hope you're well too!
 
Gained a pound. To be very honest, i haven't been on plan... Have been baking bread lately, so am not surprised I gained. Just annoyed with myself for lack of self restraint!
