I checked pp values on angel delight and the sugar free one is 2pp for 1/4 sachet is that made up or is milk extra xx

Feeling on a high today it's been 8weeks since my full tummy tuck and since I been doing ww iv been happy! I feel soo tiny today and my adrenaline pumping like a drug. Here's some pics of today




I have also used less points as I'm buzzing and too happy to eat anymore lol

Hi all seen my surgeon today and iv been discharged don't need to see my surgeon anymore! I gave him a big hug and said thank you.. He's sooo chuffed with outcome that he took more photos and asked if he can use them on his plastic surgery website..feel real low this evening and head banging!!
I was on high yesterday and now u could scrape me off the floor..points been ok though!
