Hey Everyone, it's been a while since I was last here.. A lot has changed and a lot hasn't! I'm here for the same reason as everyone, to lose some weight. I have set myself a target of a pound a week for the next 10 weeks. Starting on the week of my monthlies is prob a bad idea as I'm after stuffing my face for the last 3 days and I weigh on Monday!!

On the flip side I'm starting this diary today.. Hoping to stay accountable from today on..

Starting a weight loss thread on a Friday is very silly... Already I've eaten way too much.. I'm following the pro points plan but I might do a bit of planning and go to filling and healthy tomorrow.. Stock up on groceries this eve!
 
Thank you girl, it didn't go to plan so going to write it all off until Monday as have night out tomorrow night xxx

Didn't get a chance to post yesterday's food so I'll do it now while I have a few minutes..

1 x calorie controlled bread
1 x olive spread

Lunch ~ 2pp

2 x pork chops ( no fat)

Today's diary then was a bit extra as I had brought a salad to work with me but I ended up working in a different office and went to lunch with the lads, couldn't be rude :)

brown roll
ham
cheese
coleslaw
onion

Dinner~ 1pp This was unreal as I just added cumin seeds, Chinese 5 spice & turmeric! so tasty!

McDonnell's curry ( i'm counting this as 1pp)

shredded wheat

I don't normally drink either, I hate the way you lose a day afterwards! It's like you lose a day getting ready and the day after when you literally can't move! Going to London this weekend for a family party, it will be dinner and a few drinks but will def not spend Sunday dying as we have to fly home Sunday evening X

Yes I did but it didn't work for me, I either didn't lose or lost such a small amount it wasn't worth it. I found it quite time consuming and expensive too x
