Just wondering whether anyone has any good excercise workouts or any classes that help get rid of hip fat? i dont have saddlebags but my waist seems to be getting higher up my body if that makes sense. When i put my trousers on it looks like ive got a huge muffin top and the fat seems to overhang (nice, i know!!!! :sign0137: ) but if anyone has any tips id be really grateful
