hi
i am completing my weekly log and was just looking at where you tick the effort and i was wondering does anyone know how SW regards an "intense" workout as opposed to "moderate".
for example, i use my exercise bike for 30 - 45 mins a day and i start of at a level 5/6 and then build up to 7/8 whereby i am sweating, so what should i classify this as, moderate or intense?

I would personally say thats intense, if you are sweating, then you are really pushing your body.
 
Yeah I'd say intense too, level 7/8 is a very difficult resistance (for me anyway lol) xx
