monday 18th july

breakfast:not really felt hungry today had breakfast at 12:30 lol had tin of spaghetti and 2 boiled eggs :D

dinner:will be tuna pasta salad with a dollop of light mayo 2 syns?:confused:

tea:chicken with dunno lol :p

trying to do 60 minutes on excercise bike a day to speed up weight loss as im a lazy ass lol i love cleanin sad i no but i wud clean all day but when it comes to excercise il do it tmoro lol i have managed 15 minutes on bike this morning so il share it between 4 sessions that should be easy enough ;);)
 
hexa:250ml semi skimmed milk
hexb:i dont no got no bread (trying give it up) no alpen bars hmmm will after have a look in my book :D
 
tea was nothing the pasta mega filled me up :D will prob have a mug shot later creamy cheese one 2 syns and a options hot choc 2 syns that will do me :D

morning all :D:D

well today im going plan on trying some new foods as sick of cooking the same :rolleyes:
so goin have a look in recipe section and il report back later my findings :D
 
hehe im bit slow :D still havent found anything i fancy :( still not had breakfast lol x

dinner:chickpeas with salad nt feeling very hungry today but iv got lazyitiss lol so i need to move my bk side and do something :D
 
well ended up going out had bit of family trouble so didnt get in till 9 needless to say i was starving i made pasta sauce with spoon on flora light 1 syn?then made chicken wrapped in bacon again streaky bacon :( 100 syns??lol but used all bacon now so wont be making that mistake again lean bacon is on this weeks shopping list lol so i dont no how many syns i have had but was good all day even went out just spoilt it abit tonight never mind these things happen x
 
wednesday 20th july

well its wi day tomoro :( im scared but inside feel iv had an ok-ish week just dont want to be disapointed im going try have no syns no till wi lol :eek: going to plan my meals then il report back oh and try get my lazy ass on the excercise bike lolol :D

wasnt feeling very hungry all day just made up for it lol had a mullerlight and rice with mushrooms and chicken with veg going have some syns i think in a bit but dont no what i fancy :D
