First food diary

Hi :wavey: thought it might be a good idea to start a food diary as i put on 1lb last week so hoping this will keep me on track! it's the snacking that gets me every time.....

21 points a day:

Breakfast

1 boiled egg with 2 crustless 50/50 toast, one with orange & ginger marmalade, spread with flora x light plus a small glass orange juice (4)

Lunch

1 tin lentil & bacon soup (coop) with 2 slices crustless 50/50 bread with flora x light spread (4)

Dinner

Chicken korma curry (weight watchers 1/2 jar) with boiled rice & sugar free jelly (7 1/2)

Snacks

Semi skimmed milk for tea (1/2)
Alpen light bar (1)
kit kat 2 finger (2.5)
Walkers mango chilli baked crisps (1.5)

Total 21 points

Hope i'm pointing correctley and any feedback would be appreciated & would like to try to eat more healthy to :D
