First week results

Great news on the diabetes front for Steve (although I like Spud better lol)!

steve (spud) has got his diabetes under control for the first time in years due to atkins. they where threatening to start him on insulin, but although he is still taking the tablets, we are anticipating that the dose will be reduced at his next check up.

my hair, skin and nails are so much better, my eczema is clearing up, my asthma is better....need we say more?

Got to agree that I feel loads better on it, no pmt no asthma but I just find I feel a bit sicky every day. Will it go away??

aye, i felt a bit nauseous at first, it did pass.

Yeh me too - it's just your body adjusting - but it will pass, I promise!

How long did that last for you Susie? Did you find anything that helped make it better?

Just a few days, Jupiter - and I drank lots of water (on the advice of the others here) - which really helped.

yes, drink loads of water. I can' remember if I felt nauseous, it's all so long ago now.
