I am looking to introduce fish to my diet but I need help as I've not touched the stuff in 20odd years. Fish fingers are as skilled as it gets for me
so please be gentle 
so could you tell me precisely what fish you have as your protein option, where you buy it and how you cook it?
I came home from asda earlier completely bemused. Unwilling to leave empty handed I bought a bag of prawns (what I do with them I have no clue!)
oh and if possible don't make me buy anything that can still look at me (I know they were dead but some still had eyes!)
