Hey remember most of that's water......I bet this time next week you will have lost the 8lb and a few more in addition.....new week, new start.

I binged on Friday ( didn't like what the scales told me, so I thought 'what the hell'), I didn't feel guilty, I actually felt rejuvenated after it.....I gained 3lb, but put it all behind me and started again on saturday. I weighed officially today and I'd lost the 3lb, only the 3lb though.

Well done you for jumping back on the wagon after a week off.

Onwards and downwards (weight that is) xx
