I've been away for a couple of days and having some problems at home... Did have a couple of days off the shakes cos I ended up staying away longer than planned and didnt have shakes with me....

Had a bit of a stressfull day today - but things are now sorted at home so hopefully things will start to get better.. I need to focus on CD - only got a stone to go and I want to start moving up the plans soon so I can start getting back to a "normal" life....

Was naughty yesterday and had some chicken - could have been worse so I'm not going to worry about it 2 much...
I am really struggling this week - been a stressful week and I would usually turn to food.. I've not been 2 bad though.
Going to try and get back on track today and be more positive.
