rice cripsies medium bowl with soya milk..... 3 points
1.5 for cereal and 1.5 for todays soya milk.

lunch
4 slices best of both bread 6 points
turkey 1 point
hardly any soya spread 0.5

snacks
carrot 0
raisins 0.5
banana *2 3 points
ww bakewell cherry cake 2.5
small fruit packet 3 grapes and 4 pineapple 1 point????


14.5 so far???????????????????

roast chicken 160g breast no skin 4 points??
mash no butter 180 1.5 points
broccoli 0
gravy 0.5
small ball stuffing ?????
 
20.5 at moment all depends on ball of stuffing........ cry cry

got hme and mum had cooked fish fingers.......(3) not sure on points 4.5
potatos mini roasts i suppose u would call them 4 points ???

Hey Hun,

How many points you on per day?
If you are struggling to stay within your points allowance, why not add some salad to lunch/dinner. It'll fill you up for free!!

I also snack on carrott sticks/celery sticks with some low fat houmous ....

Wafer thin ham is great for lunches - 0.5 point for 3 slices, melba toast also good - 0.5 point for portion.

i have 21 points a day, for my first proper week sticking to points im doing grand...
 
rice crispies
2 banana
soya yoghurt
jam sandwiches
one mini sausage roll
2 triangles tuna sandwich, kids party food
will try and point later
