Looks amazing wowww ... cant wait to try some omelettes .. need to get some shopping in for weekend ... ie eggs potatoes ... was thinking of some pasta an sauces savoury rice mug shots ?


Its even cute my 7 yr old is like ... well mum is it free foods .. how many syns lmfao .. r we having slimming world chips for tea the night mum lol x
He was looking through my books n looking at the recipes .. so im glad .. im getting thin n boys are enjoying a healthy lifestyle

Just got back from my weigh in and I have maintained. Im a little surprised but im not going to get too down about it.
I'm pretty sure its either because I have estimated syn values wrong (which I doubt as i try to be as honest as I can)
or its because ive only been to the gym once this week and i havent drank much water.
Either way its on to next week.

Hi. I've been following your thread & wanted to say congrats on your gr8 weight loss. I'm doing SW from home & lost 2 and a half stone so far - lots more to go but its a start!

Also your meals look fab! I need that pepperpot stew in my life !!

sausage sandwich (22 1/2 syns) I dont know what came over me I went to a football match and i just bought one not too clever of me but i will have to be good for the rest of the week :(

Not read rest of your diary yet but I'm a bugger for sometimes eating without thinking if that makes sense lol. If I go over my syns I use flexible syns rest of week so I don't feel deprived xx hope that helps xx

You have done really well so far and those meals you have uploaded on here look delicious :D I saw on one post you not keen on snack a jacks, have you tried making your own xx Crisps not snack a jacks lol

Totally agree Margaret xx Maintain is better than a gain, even a gain I try not to worry about too much as I look at what Ive lost so far and it spurs me on :D xx

Thats one of my favourites, carribean food is a big weakness of mine.

Trying mixing things up abit more change your breakfast or something I've been told this helps a lot to shock your body and metabolism, also make sure you have your third SUPERFREE and remember sweetcorn and peas don't count! Your doing so well though so don't worry and atleast your enjoying your food good luck for another good week
Thanks for the advice, maybe i should try a few different things especially for breakfast.
The thing is i get up for work at 4 maybe 5 in the morning so i have to make something filling and quick, also i like to not use my healthy extra b in the morning too often as i like to have a bit of bread with my dinner.
Im sure ill be ok im looking forward to next weeks weigh in already.

Had a really bad day yesterday and gave in to some cravings. Will post what I ate yesterday later tonight. Not for the faint hearted. Id bettef be really good all week or I will gain.

I know But I've not just had a bad day ive had a bad weekend I used 36 syns on saturday. I really need to make up for the damage ive done.
im going to sit down now and try to honestly work out what i had yesterday.
