Tea: Attempted one weetabix (1/2 HexB) with sweetner and milk (HexA) and half a slice of WW Brown Danish (1/3 HexB) and flora light (synned)

Snacks/Grazing:

Drinks: sugar free cherryade, water

Syns: flora light - 0.5 syns

Total Syns: 0.5

Morning people! I wish I could say I'm feeling better. At least I appear to be keeping more fluids in me today. I'm still not keen on food today. I hope this doesn't affect a loss this week as my body will be holding onto everything it's got if I'm not putting more in. :(

Urgh...apparently my hormones are out to get me again. Not only do I have suspected food poisoning but now I have my 3rd period!

I managed to eat a weetabix in about 20 minutes today as opposed to the nearly an hour yesterday. Things might be looking up! I feel 10 x better than I did yesterday but still not happy with food.

It's not even like I'm eating badly but I'm so annoyed I'm not on plan. I've been bitten by the SW bug!
 
Ok, so ended up in hospital. Diet is going to have to wait for a bit as I'm still not eating. Main priority is getting well. I'm not eating tonnes of crap food. Yes, I may be trying to eat anything I can. Some things I try are off plan but I don't eat enough to make a difference. Expect my weight will STS for awhile (or possibly gain now as body been starved for so long) but not much I can do. Will weigh self to see the damage soon.
 
Right back on the plan properly! I'm already +3lb on Monday's weigh in (that's not a scales issue as I weigh in at home). My body is holding onto food in case it gets starved again I think. I said earlier in the week that I wouldn't care if I gained this week but I'm actually gutted. :(

Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA) and sweetener.

Lunch: Was out in the garden. Bad me.

Tea: Balsamic Chicken and King Prawn Salad with gherkins, cucumber, tomato and mixed leaves. Wholemeal bread (HexB) No spread. 42g LowLow cheese (HexA).

Snacks/Grazing:

Drinks: Water

Syns: None

Total Syns: 0

I've really got to work on portion control. Tonight's salad was MASSIVE.
