Fray's Food Diary - Scale ban

I'm not sure if it's because I overdid the water or because they weren't very flavourful compared to whatever else I've been eating. Definitely put off though!

My curry tonight was AMAZING. And HOT.
 
24/06/10 (Extra Easy) Eating at friend's house tonight so EE for today

Breakfast: Trimmed bacon, mushrooms, beans and two egg omelette in Frylight.

Lunch: Ooops, was working in the garden and didn't notice the time. No lunch.

Tea: Chicken and bacon pasta (no sauce...even though I was offered it...they took mine out before they poured it on) 28g Edam (HexA).

Hartley's sugar free jelly pot (synned) and 4 jelly beans (synned).

Snacks/Grazing: 3 x WW brown danish (HexB) with flora light (synned).

Drinks: Water, tea (milk synned), diet-decaf coke, low-cal fizzy flavoured water

Syns: Flora light - 2 syns
Jelly beans x 4 - 1 syn (for 5)...wish I'd have known...i'd have eaten more!!
Sugar free jelly - 1/2 syn (again, I wouldn't have felt so guilty...thought it would be high in syns)

Total Syns: 3.5


Body Magic:
  • Ten mins rhythm boxing on the wii
  • About 3-4 hours out in the garden weeding, chopping and taming the jungle (exhausted!)

I thought my syns would be through the roof today because I ate jelly beans! Apparently not!

25/06/10 (Green Day)*

Breakfast: Two egg omelette in Frylight, satsuma and a nectarine.

Lunch: Strawberries!! 3 x WW brown danish (HexB) and flora light (synned).

Tea: 4 x quorn sausages, Heinz spaghetti, SW wedges with a BBQ shotz sprinkled on (these were a complete FAILURE and horrible by the way...I have yet to master SW chips/wedges). 42g Low Low cheese (HexA). Nando's sauce (synned).

Followed by 2 x Alpen light (HexB) crumbled on vanilla & choc mullerlight and raspberries.

Snacks/Grazing: 1 x Pink & white (synned)

Drinks: Water, diet-decaf coke

Syns: Pink & white - 2.5 syns
Nando's sauce - 0.5 syns
Flora Light - 2 syns

Total Syns: 5

Body Magic:
  • 10 mins rhythm boxing
  • 15 mins step with 2kg free weights
  • 5 mins pratting around on balance/aerobic games
  • up and down the stairs carrying books from the dining room bookcases to the new ones in the study (hey, it all counts, right?!)

My hormones are obviously all out of whack. I've got a * week again!! I'll never lose weight if I'm always bloated! I want to eat everything in the house, too!
 
Going to a party tomorrow night. There will be drink flowing and a huge buffet of naughty things. My plan is NOT to be drinking and I hope I can be good with the food.

Breakfast: Two egg omelette in Frylight, turkey rasher, 3 x WW brown danish (HexB), brown sauce (synned).

Lunch: Didn't have breakfast til about 12pm!!

Tea: Didn't go out so had homemade burgers (extra lean mince) with Low Low Cheese (HexA) and boiled egg salad. Salad cream (synned) and Nando's sauce (synned).

Followed by strawberries, raspberries, mullerlight and 2 x Alpen bars (HexB) and a pink & white (synned).

Snacks/Grazing: banana, nectarine, satsuma

Drinks: Decaf-Tea (milk synned), low cal fizzy flavoured water

Syns: Brown Sauce - 2 syns
Dash of milk - 0.5 syns
Light salad cream - 2 syns
Nando's sauce - 1.5 syns
Pink & White - 2.5 syns​

Total Syns: 8.5

27/06/10 (Red Day)*

Tea: Roast dinner (no potato). Gravy (synned).

Followed by m-i-l to be's 'healthy' dessert (synned).

Snacks/Grazing: Had supper last night... 6 xRyvita wholegrain crackerbread (HexB) and 5 x Laughing Cow Lights (HexA) with a bit of sliced chicken breast. Was right before bed so naughty me!

Drinks: Water

Syns: Gravy - 3 syns
Dessert - Not so healthy this week but a tiny portion. I'm guessing at the rest of my syn allowance - 12 syns :( I hate not being able to pinpoint it exactly. Was about 1 tbsp vanilla icecream, half a small cookie made with sweetener, dollop of mullerlight (free), 1 small squirt of cream and about a tbsp of experimental chocolate sorbet (made with sweetener, cocoa powder and yoghurt).

Total Syns: 15

  • 20 more minutes of wii fit games
  • Carrying books upstairs

I think I'm eating too much fruit. Next week I intend to snack on carrot/celery sticks rather than fruit when I'm hungry.

I may also cut down on the eggs/mullerlights/alpen bars. I Love mullerlights and alpen after my tea but I think everyday is affecting loss.

Of course, it's * week again and tomorrow's weigh in probably won't go well. I'm bloated!
 
Good job I had some Body Magic in there today. That dessert was naughty. :(
 
Really want to lose 2lb this week for my 1 stone!!

Breakfast: 28g (works out to about 20 pieces) Honeynut Shredded Wheat (HexB) and skimmed milk (HexA). Satsuma.

Lunch: Strawberries! No food in house...shop tonight!

Tea: Steak, bacon and prawn salad with 42g Low Low (HexA). 3 x WW brown danish (HexB) and flora light (synned).

Followed by mullerlight New York Cheesecake flavour (synned). Have to say, I wasn't overly keen!

Snacks/Grazing: Carrots

Drinks: Water, Decaf tea (milk from allowance)

Argh! Only 2lb to go until 1 stone off! However, I was going to save all my syns this week as going to the midnight showing of Twilight on Friday/Sat morn at the cinema. That's probably not such a good idea when I'm weighing in on Mondays. Oooh, what to do.

Tea: Chicken and prawn stirfry

Followed by strawberries and mullerlight with 1 x Alpen Light (1/2 HexB)

Snacks/Grazing:

Drinks: Water, decaf tea (milk synned)

Syns: Brown Sauce - 2 syns
Dash of milk - 0.5 syns

Total Syns: 2.5 (Flexi syn week - saving them)

  • 18 mins " wii cycling with legs" - 8km

  • 3 mins hula hooping

Lunch: Carrots!!! I'm addicted! Gotta stop having breakfast so late!

Tea: Quorn curry (awesome sauce!) and a spoonful of rice with a nice salad and an asda wholemeal pitta (HexB). Was better than a naan bread in my opinion! 42g Low Low (HexA) on salad.

Followed by strawberries and a strawberry cheesecake mullerlight (synned). There's almost no difference between normal strawberry and strawberry cheesecake. Not really worth the 1 syn!

Snacks/Grazing:

Drinks: Water

Syns: Strawberry Cheesecake mullerlight - 1 syn

Total Syns: 1 (Flexisyn week...saving them)
