think we all get our binge days otherwise we would not be normal i was really craving chocolate b4 had a breakaway but there is a packet of custards creams in the cupboard which are for my ds and they were calling me lol have not gave in but i not stopped today and just want to gorge stayed away from the kitchen lol :)

Hey Kate! Yes sometimes it is hard to resist isn't it. I blame OH he opened a tin of Christmas biscuits and then has like one and leaves the whole tin sitting there! So every time I had a cup of tea on Sunday I thought oh I will have a biscuit, one turned into about 12 ooops!

You can resist the custard creams! It's hard when you have had a busy day, more temptation to just flop and chomp on naughty things!

Hey trouble!

How you feeling today? All good I hope! I wish my bottom looked like that! Maybe not so yellow... It's about the size of 4 bottoms though!

No only 2 eggs although I love soft boiled eggs and my lovely boyfriend bought me a gruffalo children's breakfast set for Christmas (I love the gruffalo) so I used my egg cup and little plate! Ha I'm such a child!

Yah, I LOVE boiled eggs! My OH thinks its funny how many hard boiled eggs I can eat! lol I had a bit of a rough morning, felt like death warmed up when I woke up, but feel tons better now. I have been craving for asparagus tips and a boiled egg aka Nigella styly for ages. lol
 
Well Friday night and Saturday was a write off. So back on track today.

I only need 1.5lbs this week to get into the 15's- well and anything I have put on Friday and yesterday! So 5 great days needed and fingers crossed I might just do it.

Seriously lack of superfree today but at least on plan.. kind of!!

Not hopeful for a loss this week, but shall keep trying and see what happens. I think maybe next week I am going to try and be 100%. I am on plan, but I am not measuring milk and not using the correct HEB's'- I think I might give it a go of being completely 100% on plan and see what happens.

I know I know...*Shaking in undies!* although the pizza last night was home made and will make up syns during the week, better than a domino's!

Need a good week this week as my birthday on the 28th and my sister is coming for the weekend, although she is going slimming world too so that should be ok!

How are you doing? Have been reading your diary, exciting times ahead for your little family :) Glad its all looking positive.

Off to tesco shortly- got all me coupons and vouchers at the ready lol cuz I am just that cool. So get some fruit and veg back in and much easier to stay on plan then.

Rightyho, still on track since Friday so thats good, will make up the extra syns from last night during week. Just been and done a big old shop, things are so expensive now :( Realised I am spending £16 a month just on grapes! lol ridiculous.
