From 11's to 9's in 5 weeks - yippee!

Feeling good this morning everyone.

-2lbs this week and into the magic 9's just! Also managed to fasten size 10 trousers but a bit too tight yet to sit in all day - maybe next week...

Here's to a good week for us all and the sun is shining so that's a bonus!

Sure hun. This is what I would have Monday to Friday (when working):-

Breakfast - shake
Lunch - either a chicken salad; prawn salad or egg salad. You can have tuna if you like.
Evening meal - 2 shakes.

At the weekend, I save the food for my evening meal and nearly always do a chicken and prawn stir fry on the Saturday night. I add a bit of soy sauce and chinese 5 spice to liven things up but without adding calories.

I cook my chicken breast in the microwave with a few squirts of frylite and some Schwartz chicken spices. The chicken stays lovely and moist this way. I tend to cook 3 or 4 at once and just keep them in sandwich bags in the fridge. I always add fresh herbs to my salad to make it more interesting for eg. basil, coriander and parsley.

I've done this since day 1 and it seems to work.

My CDC told me that there is hardly any difference at all in weight loss between SS and SS+ .

I do admire you following SS - I couldn't do it.
