From Fatty to Fitty - well that's the plan

Hi Everyone,

I am going to try and keep an exercise and diet log so here goes from day 1: Weigh in day is a Thursday so I will keep my losses in my signature -

Day 1

Breakfast - Fruit juice and Special K
Snack - Apple
Lunch - Tomato soup and wholemeal bread roll, fruit salad
Snack - ryvita, extra light soft cheese and cherry tomatoes
Dinner - Chicken and chilli stir fry

Exercise- walking the dogs for 20 minutes
Ironing - 1 hour (yes there was a mountain of it!)
