Question I bought some fruit pots from Aldi, Apple, Peach and Apricot made by Bebivita they are made for 4 months plus lol, they have 45 calories per serving, sugar 9.1 grams and total carbs 10.6 grams, 100 grams per serving and 100% fruit. how many syns do you reckon please
