So, day 1!
I have a funeral today of my best friend who died 2 months ago at the age of 26. I am glad I have something else to keep my mind occupied. Hoping for a big loss and I am going to follow the plan to the letter.

So...

Starting Weight:- 15st 0lbs.

B: Loin steaks, scrambled egg, mushrooms and spinach.
L: Not sure yet as will be at the funeral. If nothing Atkins friendly I will grab a rottisserie chicken on the way home.
D:Steak, garlic mushrooms and salad.
S: Got two hot peperami's in the cupboard.
W: 1 litre down.. Hopefully 2 to go.
E: Will do the exercise drill tonight when the kids are in bed. Will try for the additional 20 mins - maybe my Wii Fit routine..

Watch that peperami, as it would be a highly processed food and could contain hidden carbs. Check the label carefully. Looking good other than that.

Hi all, sorry wasn't on yesterday. Boot camp going okay. Funeral was hard, but the amount of people there was good to see. The crematorium was packed, and people had to stand at the back. She was certainly loved!!

So..

Yesterday
B: Bacon, egg and mushrooms.
L: Chicken breast with spinach
D: Steak with mushrooms and salad.
W: 2 litres and 2 green teas.
E: Drill, and 15 mins Just Dance

Today:
B: Scrambled egg with sping onions, mushrooms.
L: Pork loins with salad.
D: Stuffen chicken breast with boursin, wrapped in proscuitto and spinach.
S: Got some lovely looking olives.
W: Aiming for 3 litres.
E: Drill and park with my babies :)
 
Looking good Gemma, glad everything went okay on Monday.
 
Hello everyone... Well day 5 and I have lost 4lbs. Pleased with that, indeed. I've been busy with the children as the weather is so lovely so I have been outdoors alot - so nice!

Anyway, menu time..

Yesterday:

B: 2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and proscuitto.
L: Pork loins with salad.
D: Chicken breast with brocolli and a boursin and cheddar sauce.
E: Drill and park with the kids.
W: 4 litres, been so hot.

Today:

B: Cold meats.
L: Chicken thighs with salad.
D: Pork loins with spinach and mushrooms.
E: Been walking for about 2.5 hours.
W: Again 4 litres, green tea this morning.
 
Congratulations on your 4lb loss. Thats excellent. Nearly a pound a day.
