    Diet:
    Weight Watchers
    I really need to loose my last 10lb to be at my goal weight. (Previously on Atkins but really struggling!)
    So i thought i would give this a go as i like the sound of the Red days. (Cant seem to loose weight when on high carb diets)
    This is my second week. I lost 3lb during the first week:D.

    B- Bacon, Brown bread (HexB), light marg (1 syn)
    L- Veg omlette, cheese (HexA)
    D- Pork steak, Veg, Gravey (1 syn)
