Dinner
Pasta with some lean mince - 7pts
Weight Watchers Vanilla Rice - 2.5 pts

Snacks
Curly Wurly - 2.5 pts
1 Maryland double chocolate biscuit - 1pt

Total - 21.5 pts

And I walked 35 minutes to work this morning
