    Breakfast
    40g of Red Berry Special K with 1/2 pint semi-skimmed milk - 4 pts

    Mid-morning Snack
    Special K Bites - 2.5 pts

    Lunch
    Low fat cream cheese and cucumber sandwich with Nimble Bread and some sliced up carrots and celery and a banana - 3 pts

    Dinner
    Pasta with some lean mince - 7pts
    Weight Watchers Vanilla Rice - 2.5 pts

    Snacks
    Curly Wurly - 2.5 pts
    1 Maryland double chocolate biscuit - 1pt

    Total - 21.5 pts

    And I walked 35 minutes to work this morning

    Mid-morning Snack
    Small Banana - 1 point

    Lunch
    1 Egg Sandwich with Nimble Bread and cut up carrots and celery - 2.5 pts
    Special K Bites - 2.5 pts

    Dinner
    Garlic Chicken breast with cabbage and boiled potatoes - 6 pts
    Sugar free jelly with Natural Yoghurt - 0.5pts

    Snacks
    Curly Wurly - 2.5 pts
    Drained and washed canned peaches - 2 pts

    Total - 23 pts

    And I walked too and from work today which is 70 minutes worth
