Need some help on the diet front, I've tried exante over 4 times now and it goes great soon as ketosis is here boom. Im boking at the shakes a cant eat. Am sick like mad too. So I guess exante is just not for me.. What out diets do you guys recommend? I wanna shift this weight sooner rather than later
