Today I am starting a diary. I am now going to try RC and really try to move this excess weight.

I am doing this at home so any help and guidance would be appreciated.

Please tell me if I am doing it wrong.

Sounds good hun we can do it together hun over the 2 weeks 1200 so far I have had

2 weetAbix and milk out of 450 ml allowance not sure what to have for power snack but think I'll have an apple at 52 cAls

For lunch it will be soup and wholemeal bread

Hi Kazbryn
You look really dedicated as your menus are following the RC rules. My only suggestion to you would be to definitely have your whole 1200 calories to help your metabolism not to go on strike. I am the other way I'm afraid i always try to sneak over the calorie allowance :ashamed0005:
