Fallen off the wagon for a while so hoping this diary will keep me on track....

my plan for tomorrow - RED

bacon and egg, 2 slices WW brown danish bread (HEB), 3 dairylea original triangles (HEA)
banana & pear, milk in tea (HEA)

chicken sprinkled with 'season-all', tomatoes and salad, sweet chilli sauce 1.5 syns

home made x-lean beef burger with salad and home made (skin on) potato wedges (HEB) 230g, sweet chilli sauce 1.5

syns for the day 3
Trying to keep syns low - saving them for the weekend.
