    Weight Watchers
    Well it's my 2nd day on the diet and i'm doing well so far. I haven't gone over my points and I haven't felt like i'm missing out. So it's all good. I think using the website is really doing to help me keep on track. Fingers crossed.
    I want to try and lose 3 stone before I go on holiday in Sept. Anyone think it's possible?

    Anyways food diary for today.

    Cornflakes 30g - 1.5
    skimmed milk - 0.5

    Spaghetti 400g - 4
    w/w bread 0.5
    Shapers choc - 1.5

    Pasta 80g - 4
    Home Made Ratatouie (not sure how it's spelt) - 0
    Garlic Pitta Bread - 2
    Grapes 100g - 1

    2x slices of kingsmill bread - 3
    Ham - 0.5
    Cheese Spread 25g - 1
    Boots Shapers crisps - 1.5

    How has everyone else done today? xx
