hollow chocolate egss.

Hi ,
just wondering how many syns would be in a hollow 18/19 gram chocolate egg (cadburys). I meant to only have one, but couldn't resist a second and now feeling very guilty as normally stick to around 5/6 syns a day. Will i still lose as long as i stick to less than 15 syns a day, and wil having less syns quicken my weight loss ?

Hi and welcome! Air is free, so you only syn the weight of the chocolate! With regards to your other questions: most people stick to between 5 and 15 syns a day (or 105 or less a week) and lose weight. Syns are there so you can eat what 'pleasures' you, and will stop you falling off the wagon. As you go on, you'll find out how many syns give the best personal result.
