Holy Moly!

Here I am, waiting for a lift to meet my friends at the train station to go to the Christmas Market, top to toe in Size 14 and 3 and a half stone lighter than I did this wee tradition last year (I was a Size 20, huffing and puffing behind the rest of the glam ladies stuffing my face with a hotdog). It is moments like this that make all the hard work worthwhile...feeling great and know I have the energy to keep up with them all....I am soo glad I made this decision in September to not suffer another Christmas feeling like on overstuffed sofa!!!
