home made soup

my sis has made me some soup , made up of red lentils , bacon pieces no fat , carrots and turnip , this is all free right ???? going to have it for lunch and tea

i'm on extra easy

and do i need extra veg for my 1/3 sf ...i've got fruit planned in my day

got my healthy a and b's sorted

Sounds fine to me for Extra Easy, you may or may not need extra veg to make up your 1/3 superfree - why not add it anyway?

I'd personally be starving after soup for lunch and dinner, but each to their own!! :D

i've just ending up having the soup for lunch as a friend came and we shared it , so i had savoury rice with some fresh skinless chicken chopped into it , and a bowl of celery , toms , and cucumber and beetroot for tea ........does that sound ok ..still finding my feet with SW

The Minestrone soup in the 7 day Extra Easy guide is laaaaarvly. And quite filling. Laaaarvly!
