How to loose a human...

    A 10 stone human.


    Day 1 - 20st2lbs

    Felt physically sick at seeing those numbers on the scale. 19st13lbs is the highest I'd been until this morning.

    I will never see 20 something on those scales ever again.

    Hunger setting in now - I think it will be an early night!

    Day 2

    Heads a bit fuzzy, but I'm not hungry.
    Really struggled with sleeping last night but been told insomnia is common for the first week.

    I managed 4l yesterday (2l with the water flavouring) I drink a lot anyway so I'm going to try keep that up.

    I hope the next few days are as easier as this morning has been!

    Hi sparkswillfly, I have alot to lose aswell between 8/9 stone thinking how I'm going to manage this over the next few months is daunting.

    You on day 2 of your first week? As my consultant said I couldn't have any water flavorings until the 3rd week :( water is starting to have a metallic taste now.

    Are you on sole source?

    Really? She said about the bars but not the flavouring.

    I'm on SS. Was recommended I start on Step 2 but I'll be having 3 shakes then a meal on those days where I need more/socialising.

    It's such a long journey that I'll be doing what I need go do to get through it and get to target!

    Yup my consultant said for the first week should only drink water sparkling or plain. Then week 3 I can add the bars and flavoring, mix a mousse.

    Im also on SS however not having any meals which is though, starting to get used to it though. Hating all shakes thus far "minus the chocolate just had it though it was amazing" compared to the rest. Think it may be my best friend for the next 3 months. Lol

    I'm determined to stick to this :) I want to be healthy and feel sexy for myself once in my life. Not like a hippo who might pop at any given moment.

    Fab! How long have you been going?

    I'm off to work on now to teach 15 pregnant mums , starting to feel really tired now after looking at a computer screen all day answering enquiries!

    4 hours and I'll be having my third shake (bit late!) And then I can go to bed!

    I'm only on day 4. Got a very long road ahead of me.
    But it will be worth it read some of the stories on here and people have had amazing results.

    Goodluck luck girls x I'm on day 2 so glad it's almost over! Lol
    I feel the same as you I want to lose weight and feel good and sexy for once in my life!! I said to myself I want to try it for a year atleast I can say I've been slim! But hopefully love it so much I stay that way ?

    Day 3

    I was so so tired last night. My tummy let out a few loud rumbles in class!
    Saying that I never had my last shake. I walked in the door and went straight upstairs to bed. Will be having my shake before tonights class, which does mean having it quite early at 5pm so I hope I'm not too hungry this evening.

    I'm really busy at work for the next 2 weeks so I'm hoping I get this sudden burst of energy soon.

    Off out to see a client so better have a shake now before I go!

    Hi sparkswillfly, maybe try splitting your shake in the evening you could have half before you go and half after?it would work well with chocolate as you could have the other half as hot chocolate?

    I was feeling tiered yesterday aswell was in bed at 8 lol still tiered today hoping for the energy tomorrow to come back. Good luck

    I've trapped a nerve in my shoulder and it is so so painful - didn't fall asleep until 4am and woke back up at half 5 so today is going to be a long long day!
    Todays the kinda day where I'd go for sugary foods to keep me awake and convenience foods because I'd be knackered! I'm not working today as littlest child isn't well so I'm going to try and get a bit of housework done so I don't have to do it all tomorrow

    I had my shake when I got in last night, all my shakes really filled me up yesterday, it was so odd! I'm going to invest in a blender next week so I can use ice, cannot wait!

    Day 4 con..

    Gosh the mental side of CWP is so hard! I just want to eat, for the sake of eating!

    Stayed to my 3 shakes so far, and 4l of water so I am very pleased with myself as i thought I would of had a SS+ top up by now.

    Monday just needs to hurry up!

    My weigh in is Monday night at 7! Can't wait :)
    Day 4 done!! Not sure it's getting easier?!

    Mines at 11.30 so can pop inbetween clients.
    I'm looking forward to it but absolutely dreading this weekend - its just me and the kids. I always take them out to softplay then mcds/kfc or the pub with a play area. I'm going to take them out this afternoon I think as the weather is nice then home for dinner instead of eating out.

    Feeling quite hard done by haha but I'll be able to enjoy the odd meal out again one day!

    It is hard when you have kids! I'm the same altho working tomorro but Sunday thinking of going to the beach for a long walk then they can play after and I will just have to avoid the yummy picnic!
    I'm in the zone of wanting to lose weight more than eat at the moment tho :)

    I couldn't sit in KFC while they ate tho haha

    hello girls!
    i've got a lot to lose too (7/8 stone) but my consultant told be not to have a target weight and to just take it a stone at a time. Started today, any tips? I think i'm just gunna spend my weekend in bed and be grumpy! haha

    I got my weigh in tomorrow.
    I have been finding it really hard the past 3 days...
    just got some chicken out ready to eat it thankfully put it back..
    Have to keep going.

    We didn't go out in the end - we tidied there rooms ready for next week (grandads coming) and made them spag bol for dinner.

    I'm shattered. Now Ive Sat down I don't want to get back up. Ugh.

    Ive barely been the the toilet today despite drinking the same amount, I hope its my bladder adjusting rather than me retaining water (period!)

    I've decided I really don't like the vanilla shakes. Think I may just live off choc/choc mint next week until I can have a bar a day.

    It will be worth it when I'm slim.
