i_dream_slim's food diary! Extra Easy Baby!

Morning all..very much awake!?! So thought I'd do my days diary early!

Breakfast

M&S chipolata sausage ( will check syns when turn laptop on)
Chopped toms
Mushrooms
Poached egg
Cup of tea (.5 syn for milk)

Snack
2ryvita (1/2hex b)
1.5 dairylea triangles (1/2hex a)
Apple
Cup of fruit tea

Lunch
Pasta topped with home made veg packed ratatouille and chicken breat.
Diet coke
Melon and strawberries with ff yog

Snack
Other half of ryvita, dairylea to make up hex a and b's
A banana?

Dinner-eating out with friends tonight at 'noodle bar' Chinese restaurant. Will be having boiled rice topped with chicken and veg, diet coke, NO prawn crackers so will only be synning cooking oil(yay!!!)

As long as nothing naughty has been eaten will reward myself will something chocolaty as well as maybe an options syn depending!!!! Xx
 
Was full from breakfast so ended up going straight to lunch. Counting milk for hex a and a yummy chic hifi bar instead of ryvita! Will munch on grapes/banana for snack if needed but getting picked up at 5.45 for dinner so probably won't need to!!
 
Had chicken, mushroom and onion on boiled rice with soy sauce and diet coke ! Yummy! Too full and bloated (in blaming the hifi bar) so won't bother with Nything else!! Xxx
 
Week 3 day 5

Not much of an appetite ATM which is strange! Made sw banana cake from this website earlier so will have that with morning coffee!!! (gonna work out syns tomorrow but it's between 1.5-2) xx

1/2 porridge sachets (1/2 hex b) topped with banana and apple

Snack
1/8 banana cake made yesterday 2.5

Lunch
Pasta topped with ratatouille and 1/2 chicken breast
Chocolate hifi bar ( not used as hex b) 6 syns

Snack
2 scan bran (1/2 hex b) topped with cheese triangles (hex a) and apple

Dinner
Chicken fajitas on rice!
1.5 syns for seasoning everything else is free piled on rice to avoid wraps!!!
Another slice of banana cake serves warm 2.5 syns

Total syns 12.5

Weigh in!!!!!!! Its * week so not convinced I'll have lost anything as super bloated! Can't stay to class tonight either as going to friends BBQ. It's bring your own meat and drinks so I'm taking salmon as no need for a batch then and diet coke!!! She's doing lots of different salads and pudding and as she's on slimming world I imagine there will be lots of syn free salad and fruit platters-yay!!! Had some bad news today and all I wanna do is reach for the chocolate!!! Eeeeerk!!!
 
1.5 off tonight! Will update stats later but that's 10lbs in 3 weeks! Could this be the easiest diet ever??? :) xx
 
Well I had 2 steak burgers and 2 wholemeal baps! Syn free salad and fruit for pudding! So, I'm over my syns-by quite a bit but it could have been a lot worse! Batches were wholemeal not White, had nice burgers I bought not cheap sausages etc and as hot was on slimming world all salads were free!! She also put on lots of fruit as well as cake so I got to have a syn free/ superfree pud!! Think I'm gonna aim for max 10 syns (trying for 8) for next couple of days...or as long as possible!! We shal see!!!

Thanks lovely-getting on well with it! Have 2 weeks to a friends wedding and 4lbs to lose to get my stone!! Would love to have that gone in time! Havnt got an outfit yet!! Xx

Oh!!! Just discovered that the light French dressing from kraft is actually free on all plans!!!!!!! Joy!!! Inspired me to bake something now that I've got the spare couple of syns for something extra the next few days, xxx

Thought I should add that I can't actually believe im jn week 4. I've had dinner parties, coffee with friends, meals out, bbq's, nights out on the town, work conferences and more and gave stil lost each week my making sensible sw friendly choices and planning ahead! First plan I've ever done where you can have a social life!!!! Who knew?!?
