A couple of people have commented this week that i have lost weight - i feel i have lost weight too, clothes are looser again - yay. So thought ok lets take a mid week peek at the scales - PUT ON 2 POUNDS! why?????????????????????

Green Day

Breakfast
Pudding Rice, milk (a)

Lunch
SW chips, quorn fillet, meat free sausage, beans and fried egg, mushrooms.

Dinner
85g Pork Steak, roast pots, veggies, cous cous with mediteraean(SP?) veg, stock cube. Gravy (2.5)

Snacks
apples, 6 crackerbread (b), 6 Laugh Cow XL (a)
2 finger kit kat
smarties, flump (2.5) 2 value bread with crusts off and marg, chicken roll, walkers cheese and onion crisps.

edit, Meli, u are absolutely right it is * week but i do get humpy if i put the effort it - so i rebelled (as above) Right off star week. I have wine tasting for wedding this weekend, i dont drink wine and dont think i will be taking the syns seriously this weekend.

Don't let the scales fool you and pull you off track. Water retention, getting close to star week, no reason (just body weight fluctuation) can be the causes. Don't give in and stick to it....remember the wedding dress date :)

1 meat free sausage, 2 WW sausages, (a) SW chips, egg and beans

Snacks
Biscuits, crisps, chocolate, smarties, fruitella.

Lamb Tikka Massala, brown rice

Dinner 2
Breaded Scampi, small jacket potatoe, salad, tartae sauce. Salad cream light.

After that i will give SW one more week then move back to calorie counting. Had a look at Rosemary conley on Minimins last night and there was no one there???

Curry made with carrots, onion, lentils, red pepper, ginger, green chilli, garlic. Brown rice. Crabcakes made from, crab, white fish, red onion, corriander, egg, salt, pepper and curry powder.

Weigh In - Lost 2 pounds 14.10.

Off to a wedding fair this morning - yay!

Left over roast potatoes, veg and cous cous with Quorn Fillet. Gravy (2)

Pasta, bacon (half b) 28g Tesco extra light garlic and herb cheese. Stock cube, tomatoes, onion, garlic. 21g cheese (half a) - still starving why does pasta do this to me?

1200 cals a day - gaah thats gonna be so difficult.

EDIT: Sunday 27 March 2011 Old weigh in Day.
Thursday i weighed 14.12 - Today Lost 5 pounds. 14.7 today thats from Thursday to Sunday on Rosemary Conley. new weigh in Day is Thursday. Will be VERY happy if still 5 pounds by then. x
