Red Day

Breakfast
Apple, bacon & egg sarnie - 2 WW bread (b)

Lunch
Bacon, eggs, pork steaks, 2 WW sausages, ketchup (1). (all disgusting as i cant taste anything!)

Dinner
Haddock, 197g potatoes (b), mixed roast veg. onion & bacon omlette, 42 g LF cheese (a)

Snacks
2 homemade scones (flat and gross 16?)
Apples, narna, 3 babybel light (a)

Total Syns 17
 
Thanks Meli. Loads of water and diet coke drunk, nothing has any taste.

Made a cake, as promised and took into Toddler group - i didnt eat any of it!

Today was a right off, so another gain or sts this week. Didnt feel like eating or cooking most of the day so just ate fruit. Then sofa very naughties in the evening.

left over mushrooms, potatoes, onions stir fried with veg stock cube.

Lunch
Off to cinema to see Tangled (at last!)with DD1 and DD2 so have made a bowl of pineapple and grapes to take with me. (wish i had ordered Alpen lights on shopping now!)

Dinner
Fancy making a veggie Dansak but not sure how - will search forums in a bit. Guessing its normal dansak just omitting the meat, will add tatties instead.

Snacks
Scan brancake (b) plus 2 hot chocs (4)
Have loads of manky apples that need eating to will eat these throughout the day.
 
OOPs weighed in yesterday at 14.13 - sts but forgot to do food diary - cant remember what i ate.?

Slow cooker. Chunky sausage and chicken one pot. peppers, onion, pasatta, carrots, curry powder, chicken bovril & garlic. (1) Boiled potatoes (b)

Scan bran cake (b) plus 2 hot choc options (4) Apples
Milky way (3.5)
2 finger Kit Kat (5.5)

Weigh in: 15 stone! :mad: Feels like i have gone back 10 months. grrrrrrr!

Cant think of a valid excuse why i havent filled in diaries. Been looking at wedding venues and 2 out of 3 girls have been sick but thats it really. Been eating well during the day's but the evening demons are out again.

Out for a walk at Stanmer Park. Without realising till it was in my mouth i ate a gingerbread man from the cafe (12?)

Batchelors Thai noodles. SW Chips

Pork Steak (b) 2 Meat free sausages, roast potatoes, loads veg, gravy (4)

Evening Snacks
3 Crackerbread, 2 ryvita (b), 5 Laugh Cow XL, apples.

Today could well be the first day of the rest of my life.

Woken with a new head this morning. OH got his blood test results which showed raised blood pressure and this has given us both a kick up the bum - i.e to get off it and do something. So with that in mind today i have ordered

Zumba fitness DVD (everyone is doing it - i want some of the action!)

Allen Carr Give up smoking for women Book.

Zumba for wii (preorder)

Also have made several calls to gyms in my area. Town centre gym has a creche and also holds Zumba classes in the evening.

Have also booked myself a blood test (petrified of needles so might take a bit of chasing me round the surgery for my blood) for next friday as i am so fed up being constantly tired having headaches and colds.

Anyhoos....

I have never made a successful / tasty risotto but i dont like to give up!;)

Well done on sticking to plan the last few days. Glad you've managed to find a gym with a creche. Honestly when you go and do a hard workout you think twice about indulging in something. The Zumba for the WII...you've got to tell me if this is any good. My Zumba teacher is still not back from her charity event in Ethiopia and missing her classes so much!

How was the risotto? Never tried to make one myself.

Risotto was a success! Was rather nice, although my prawns were so small u couldnt see them!

Bit annoyed. Changed batteries in weighing scales and they now show me at 15.2! Why are my clothes looser then???? Grrrr!

KNICKERS!!! Just got back from beach and DD2 didnt want her sausage sarnie i made her so i ate it!!

Left over veg, roast potatoes, quorn fillet, 1x meat free sausage. Gravy (2)

Dinner
nothing. felt a bit dodgy. ended up with sickness and d for the next 24 hours.
